Indeed, as we age, the skin loses its structural proteins, collagen and elastin, which leads to sagging and skin laxity, contributing to a tired and aged appearance.

This product corrects wrinkles but also relies on the body's natural response to stimulate the skin, particularly the production of collagen that helps mitigate the effects of time.

The Ellansé products guarantee visible and lasting results of 1 to 2 years (Ellansé S & M, respectively).

The injection area for this product is generally performed in the periosteum, that is, in the membrane that constitutes the envelope of the bones.

Sinclair Ellanse M (2x1ml) – Composition:

The Ellansé products (S & M) are composed of:

• 70% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). CMC is the vector gel, providing an immediate volumizing effect.
• 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) in spherical particles (25 to 50 microns). The micro spheres of PCL provide a prolonged volumizing effect, taking over from the CMC gel.

This product is fully resorbable by hydrolysis.

Note that the difference between Ellansé S and Ellansé M lies in the difference in the length of the polycaprolactone chains, which results in slower absorption (1 to 2 years respectively).
